This full-day interactive workshop for supervisors and coaches reviews the process for using the Partners for a Healthy Baby curriculum to fidelity as well as how to use the Partners Fidelity Tool to monitor and coach home visitors. Training participants will also learn about the three supervisory roles of administrative management, professional development coach, and reflective supervisor; the concept of parallel process; and how to integrate principles of parallel process into their work.
