At this 2-day virtual training you will learn about the FSU 10 Components of Quality Tool and how to use it with the child care centers in your community. After completing the Tool training, you will be ready to launch your use of the FSU Tool as part of a system of continuous quality improvement.  You will be prepared to conduct observations in infant and toddler classrooms and identify the unique starting point of each individual classroom. While you will not have permission to provide training on the FSU Tool to other early childhood staff/providers, you will be able to use this new skill set to improve the quality of programs in which you provide ongoing leadership, mentoring, or support.   

The training will be rescheduled or canceled if there is not a minimum of 20 participants.
